1. Warranty Coverage

All clothing items are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Seam or stitching issues
  • Faulty or detached buttons, zippers, or fastenings
  • Fabric defects present upon delivery
  • Incorrect item, color, or size received
  • Damage caused during shipping

If any of these issues occur, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by washing, drying, or ironing
  • Shrinkage, fading, stretching, or fabric deterioration due to use
  • Stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar substances
  • Accidental damage (tears, cuts, burns, pulled threads, etc.)
  • Damage resulting from misuse or product alterations
  • Items returned with odors (smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.)
  • Final sale items (if applicable)

These situations are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

All shipping costs related to approved warranty claims are covered by us.

5. Warranty Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible.
